Lucy Cahill

I’m a final-year Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) student at ANU with a strong passion for both English and helping students build confidence in their learning. I have experience tutoring children with a range of learning difficulties and neurodiverse needs, supported by my own lived experience with neurodiverse children.

I take a patient, encouraging and personalised approach to tutoring, adapting lessons to each student’s individual strengths and learning style. I particularly enjoy helping students develop their reading, writing and communication skills while recognising their own progress and celebrating their achievements. I believe that seeing how far they have come can be an important part of building confidence, motivation, and a positive attitude towards learning.



My goal is to create a supportive environment where students can develop a genuine enjoyment of English.
